Horrible service. These guys contacted me to sign up with them over the phone, since my real estate company already uses their services I said, why not. A soon as I signed up with them my spam email and phone contacts increased. They appear to have an excellent service until they have your credit card number, after that, not much. Once I realized that their service is not worth it, I tried to cancel my account. I read that cancelation has to be in writing, and I sent them three emails, but no one ever answered. This just tells that they only care about taking your money, and not providing support. If they just replied to me, or told me that it was monthly subscription, I would have different opinion about them. Now they are trying to charge my card for the next month, even though their service blows.

Market Leader had us sign a 6 month contract and promised 15 leads a month. We fulfilled our contract and they were never able to send us even close to the amount of leads promised as per our contract. When Market Leader didn't fulfill their obligation they stated we would be reimbursed the difference and they have been avoiding the reimbursement and are shuffled to long waits on the phone, getting cut off, hours on hold, rude people in their "agent care." Stay far away from doing business with these liars. They will promise and under deliver with no accountability. It's very concerning that a large brokerage would actually support and highly recommend a company like this to their agents!
