MedMen in the Arts District is fabulous. Everyone is professional and knowledgeable. The manager, Lady, is always available to help clients. The staff never pushes anything on you. Customer service is outstanding. The staff listens to you. Their goal is to ensure you get what is appropriate for you, not make a sale on some product that is not good for you. The staff is well trained and well versed on the properties of all products. The facility is secure inside and out. It’s got quaint boutique feel to it. It’s clean. It’s state of the art. The parking is getting much easier as the roadwork in the neighborhood is finally finishing up. Like when you go out anywhere in this town be aware of your surroundings. Be smart and bring a friend with you. Don’t forget your ID.

I'm from Massachusetts where we also have recreational dispensaries and I got to say Vegas does it 100 better! Although this one isn't the largest one I've been too down here I have to say I think the employees here are the best of all the ones I've been to. Malcolm was my bud tender and he was very informative and nice. The diamond infused preroll he recommended was amazing 4 hits and I was flying high!

For some (I include myself in that group) buying cannabis could be a very intimidating process. It’s a classic conundrum, so much to know and if you don’t know then you don’t know what to ask about. Every once in a while you come across a person, an experience and a place that makes you feel warm, welcome, and comfortable. MedMen in downtown Las Vegas checked all those boxes for me. From start to finish my bud tender Alyssa was helpful, friendly and most of all connected with me and made me feel like comfortable in asking all those “dumb” questions (which Alyssa so pleasantly assured me there were no dumb questions). Her in depth knowledge not only the product itself but the raw ability to sell it so flawless and effortlessly will be etched in my mind for a long time. I will wrap it all up with this. My first, second, third and so on visits to a dispensary will be here and with her. Amazing work!! She needs a raise!!
