Right Fit Recovery

I usually don't write reviews, But here goes...I am happy to take the time to do one. "Awesome" describes the quality service that Mr Cool air conditioning provided. Josh the owner/technician that came out was very professional, explained everything clearly and never pushed for any repairs that were not necessary. They took the time to carefully diagnose the system and did not push for any extra costly repairs. I am very happy with the work and would highly recommend Mr Cool to friends and family.

DON’T DO IT! SCAM! Mr Cool Heating & Air conditioning installed a wrong part and charged me 450. My AC unit was making loud noises, and the company sent a technician to check it out what was wrong. So the technician Antonio told me it was my fan motor needed to be replaced for 450. So I agreed to replace it. After I paid and changed the fan motor my AC was still making noises like before. Then I had other companies came out to take look at it. They told me it was something else needed to be fixed and it has nothing to do with my Fan Motor. I called the MR Cool Heating asking for my money back and willing to return the fan motor back to them. The Owner Josh with a horrible attitude called me Crazy and said I am on drugs. He told me he will not give my money back. So PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. DO NOT BE SCAMMED!!!

I own multiple properties throughout Vegas so we have worked with several AC companies. We are very familiar with pricing and repairs needed on AC units. Josh and Mr. Cool is THE most honest, responsive, reliable and cost effective company we have ever dealt with. Mr. Cool has saved us countless times during the blistering Vegas heat and not once has he tried to upcharge us. My experience is that they are focused on getting your AC repaired ASAP without any unnecessary BS that other AC companies try to sell us on. A good gauge of their work would be that they are rarely back to the same home to perform a different repair. That tells us they repair things right the first time! Pricing has always been great for us and we only wish other service companies were as great to work with as Mr. Cool.

Turned on the ac since the weather heated up- had no cool air looked at the reviews they seemed like worth giving them a shot They under bid the other company by hundreds (with an s ) They stuck to the price /came on time/ were professional I was really impressed - thanks to Mr Cool and employees

Two thumbs way up for this company. When American Home Shield didn't contact us after several calls I decided to look for help outside the plan myself. The A/C was out and temps were in the 100s... Tolerated one evening of misery then called Mr Cool early Saturday morning. They were able to come give a Free estimate within 1 hr! After getting the okay from our landlord a new fan motor and capacitor were installed and the A/C was humming an hour or so later. Competitive price. Serviceman Antonio was friendly, professional and courteous. A very awesome experience all around.
