I found this place while I was driving back home, it's not a traditional retail establishment, it's a quaint mom and pop bakery, and their treats are delicious! They ship all over so while I won't be frequently visiting their bakery in person I'm happy to be a future online ordering customer.

Awesome cookies and baked desserts. Celiac since 2004 and have never found a really good chocolate chip or oatmeal cookie until now, Mrs. Bickels cookies are awesome. Went into my kitchen and saw my Daughter (not celiac) eating one of my Mrs. Bickel cookies, 'what are you doing eating my GF cookies? ' Her reply, these are GF?, no way, these are awesome. Now I have to hide them or double my next order. Can't wait to try some of their other products.

The hamburger buns and cookies were amazing! Food vendor or restaurantuer in Vegas would do well to add a ‘gluten friendly’ menu with these amazing bread and baked good items!

We recently tried Mrs. Bickels gluten free pizza crust for the first time and were delighted to find that it is tasty and delicious. We've sampled at least a dozen different GF pizza crusts and this one tops the list. Great for parties. It thaws and cooks quickly. Also, not that one should be swayed by crass commerce, but the price is very reasonable and shipping is free! Highly recommend.
