MODERN-DAY-GHETTO-ROSS!!! Arrived there yesterday at 7.45pm (closing was 8pm). There was a black security-guard lady who said they were almost closed. I had to return some items and she said I could not return them as the returns were already closed. The store was open till 8pm so why is the security-guard telling customers that the store is closed? They had long wait times as usual - about 30-40 minutes waiting in line for returns or checkouts! Honestly, I would stay away from this Nordstrom.

My 1st time visiting this location. The greeter was very nice and personable. I also had a positive encounter with the cashier. I found a sweater dress that was 20 over budget. Mind you, I am cheap but it was a worthy purchase. I would definitely recommend this store.
