I am more than happy to leave a negative review for this place after today's experience. We went on 2/17 and had a good time. We even returned on 2/18. However the second days experience was way different. We were in our room about 5 minutes when some chunk with a huge attitude storms in and tells us if we didn't have masks over our noses we were to get out. Ok. Clearly with that kind of attitude it was damaging to our experience. I asked about a refund and she told us no. She continued to stalk us from around the corner of the room. I had pulled mine up as it had previously been on the tip of my nose. She turns the lights on and tells us she would give us a refund if we left. We told her we did what she wanted and kept playing. She then leaves and turns the lights back off. After about 30 minutes of playing we asked for a clue and it took over 5 minutes to give us one clue. We could see when they've read it and had to send another message with a bunch of question marks before we finally got a response. She wasn't around when we got done to see what her aggression was all about but had anything been different from the day before we didn't know. No one told us anything different. If I was her I would worry more about cleaning the sign-in screens, the seating area, the bathroom, and also the lockers that had trash in them before the state inspector shows up.. I have no problem taking my 200 and spending it somewhere else on our next trip.

Completely worth it! Went here while on a recent trip to Vegas and we did the Little Red Ridding Hood room. It was AWESOME!!! The place was super clean and very well kept. Staff were pleasant and super friendly. The room itself was very well set up with a really good creepy vibe to it. Difficulty level was amazing and we required two clues. If you find yourself in Vegas and you’re looking for a good family friendly activity, this is it.

This place is really unassuming on the outside, but we have had excellent experiences every time we have gone! So far, we have done three rooms. They all have a creepy vibe so I'm not sure I would necessarily bring young kids or people who don't like weird or uncomfortable things. There are no live actors though, which I appreciate! They also have a couple of cool opportunities to do back to back rooms, which we did once and had a really fun time with. The rooms all are pretty sensible too... The clues make sense but aren't totally obvious. I hope to go back with my husband to do the room that is made just for two!

It was super fun!!! We went in the cabin and got stuck in the last puzzle of the first room lol yeah we stayed in that first room for an hr lol but if you get that one on the last code on the door to the next room put the # key after your code. That door can take up to 10 digits so that's where I got stuck I thought I was looking for 10 digits when it was only 5 and the # key after

This was a super fun eascape room. We tried The Cabin! It was challenging! My husband, myself and our 13 year old had a lot of fun searching for clues! We ended up \escaping\ with just a minute to spare. The props were nice and everyone got a kick out of the instructional video.
