David and his team were all fantastic! We had Olson Iron install a security gate, a security door and a covering for a window. David was thorough, professional and a genuinely nice person too! They gave us a fair price and installed all of our items within the timeframe promised. The install went perfectly, and we are very happy with the result! In June of this year, my neighbor and I were both shopping for gates for our Summerlin homes. One of the higher reviewed companies, was OLSEN IRON. A man (no name given here) just it begins with D, showed up and measured and seemed professional at this time. However, his price was EXTREMELY HIGH compared to four other quotes. He assured us with promise after promise after promise, specifically regarding Olsen irons paint job OVER powder coated products. My husband was allowing me to make this decision, (due to his service to America) & stationed in Germany at the time. It was "D" from Olsen that SOLD us both on paint over the much acclaimed and preferred by ALL OF THE TOP 5 other gate/fence companies in town-Powder Coating. After Installing, A Serious REQUEST for 5 STARS REVIEW was part of the FINAL PAYMENT & almost felt or else....saying, "now, you're happy now, correct."and "Make SURE YOU DO THIS REVIEW 5 STARS." A review should be at the customers will, not demanded. Also, it's written here in the YELP guidelines that companies should NOT ask a customer for this. Our paint is now peeling off of both my neighbors and our few months old gates. After doing my homework on the company and it's owner, we felt it best to NOT contact him with ANY complaint. DO YOUR HOMEWORK ON THIS COMPANY. PLEASE. We had to call LOUISA for help on this review in fear of any harassments

I haven’t received my Gates yet but the consultation was amazing, they made sure I understood exactly what I was getting. My home is old with the original gates on it, when I ask can I keep my old bell ...they said yes so I will have a new secure gate with an old original feel. Thank you I look forward to seeing the end results. I’ll post as soon as it’s done.
