My partner and I went in because we were in the area and I always wanted to try this place. We walk in and I see Valentines boxes and I'm immediately drawn to how pretty they were. I showed my partner the one I liked. Then out of no where this lady (Kaylee/Karen, same thing...) yells out is a very MEAN tone, \please don't touch the displays!\. I turned around and she had her nose in the air like we weren't even worthy of being looked at... I apologized, put down the box and walked out. Also the girl at the register kind of gave Kaylee a look like \seriously?\. You shouldn't treat customers this way. Where are better ways to handle that situation.

I asked for a chocolate/chocolate Wonder Woman birthday cake for 6 people and was initially quoted 165 which I thought was ridiculously pricey. I then asked if it was possible to do anything remotely similar for 100 to which they agreed. The order process, pickup, and presentation was all good. But when we actually ate it, the taste was DEFINITELY not worth 100. The icing was too thick and had a plastic aftertaste, and the cake tasted old or like it was made from the nastiest/cheapest batter possible. I should have just brought them a Betty Crocker cake mix I baked myself and had them decorate it so we could at least enjoy it. We also could have gotten a smaller cake for a lesser price because the size allows 12 perfect slices (in which we only needed 6). So the height could have been halved, thus less batter needed, less materials for you, and cheaper for me. I want to support the business and this is just my constructive criticism. Hopefully you guys can revamp your cake recipe so future clients don’t feel like they overpaid like me. Best of luck!

I got a water marble cake for my birthday... unfortunately it was prettier and artistic than it was delicious. I'd give it 5 stars if it didn't taste like dirt lol

I gave this bakery a rough idea what I wanted and allowed them to use their creativity. I was told that my cake was “sad” and I explained that I had no idea just to make it pretty and they did. My girlfriend loved the cake. The artists did a fantastic job.... thank you for making her birthday so special.
