OMG... Best 17 spent all week!! Rent a car and head to Red Rock Canyon Park to drive/hike where incredible views are abundant! Walk around and get as much of a workout as you desire. Take water and wear appropriate footwear

We did Dales Trail between Pine Creek and Ice Box Canyons. It is a easy trail that has a variety of desert flora and great views. We were the only ones on the trial during the week. But start every early in the morning to beat the summer heat. Bring plenty of water.

I did this trail this past weekend and it has became my favorite hike in red rock. It is beautiful the scenery it's just really nice and it's not too strenuous loved this hike.

It is fascinating how different the hikes are in red rock Canyon. This one was much more lush and beautiful and we had a tremendous more variety of color with the different plants trees and colorful rocks. The day we went it was snowing pretty hard, so visibility was a little more limited but even so we could tell it was extremely colorful. And the hike was far more easy than the other aggressive hikes that we took and there’s an old Homestead if you walk back on the trail far enough.

Beautiful hike and it goes to some of the best climbs. Arrive early and maybe you'll get to see some wildlife.

Spent the morning walking through rocks and canyons on a Monday in January and it was the perfect escape from the lights and sounds of the Vegas strip. Every 30 steps we stopped to look up, as the massive rock formations grew and morphed into new shapes and skylines. The light traffic may have been due to the Monday morning, and we only saw three groups of rock climbers along the trail. If your looking for a beautiful getaway from the Vegas scene, try this Red Rock adventure.

Pine Creek Canyon trailhead has better parking than Ice Box canyon does. The trail on this one is a bit easier to navigate as well. I would recommend this hike if looking for an easy stroll.
