Last week my AC would not turn off, and it went into heating mode. It was night time so it wasn't too warm, had to turn off the breaker for the AC. Next day first thing in the morning I called PIONEER AIR, had a representative come over, checked it and fixed it all within a couple of hours, by noon I had a working AC. Great customer service, great service, fast and affordable. I AM A HIGHLY SATISFIED CUSTOMER AND I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PIONEER AIR

I found this company because of wonderful comments on the next door app. I decided to call them. They were so friendly, helpful, professional and immediately came out to fix our problem. Since then, we have used only them for our air conditioning and heating service. Every technician has been top notch. I am from a very small town where people treat you like family, and that is how this company has treated us. They truly care and it shows. I highly recommend them! Thank you so much Pioneer Air!!!
This is 2 months after I purchased a brand new AC unit from this company. They are very professional and fast. The crew is nice and quick. This is my problem though. I have had them out now twice in 2 months because this new AC stops blowing cold air if its used too much???? It just stopped working for a third time now. They haven't really done anything and don't know what to do. So as much as i love the service, i think they might has sold me faulty equipment. So i can't give them a good rating because the product has been very subpar. Will update if the company does right by me soon. Update: They came back at the beginning of this week and replaced the whole AC with a brand new one again. Crew is super polite and respectful as always. Everything is working great now and we are extremely happy. I want to say they fixed my problem in a timely manner once they knew what they had to do. Would HIGHLY recommend these guys.
BOYCOTT this company they run a TV ad about how they took a PPP loan That saved them during closing of businesses due to covid. AN HVAC repair company of many years in LAS VEGAS NV (the hottest place on earth) taking a loan from people and businesses that really needed a loan. this company saw NO LOSS of business since service companies were NOT CLOSED during covid and people still repaired AC units thru our hot summer. this owners license should be removed and closed them. also they should have to REPAY the PPP loan they stole out of the hands of business owners who REALLY need help. A HVAC business with 7 trucks in LAS VEGAS NV has capital and never closed. SHAME!!! boycott them
What l like the most about this company is the service they provide wich is available any day and any time and their response in quick, my ac broke during the weekend and saddly the company from the warranty on the house would not send anybody during the weekend I heard from a friend about this company so I called them and I was happy that they were able to fix the issue which turned out to be the cooling fan.
Sebastian was very professional in his service call. My AC went out overnight and they were able to come out and fix it the same day. I will definitely recommend their service. The only downside was they were a couple of hours late, but the scheduling giving me an ETA every hour
Saul was awesome. I would recommend them to anyone for anything that has to do with heating or cooling. Great response on a Saturday and quick turnaround. Friendly and professional the entire time and the pricing was the best I found.
I called Pioneer Air early in the morning and they had a tech out to my house quickly. The tech, Saul, was friendly and professional. He was able to access the problem with my unit quickly. The estimate for repairs was reasonable and the work was completed in a timely manner. I would suggest signing up for the VIP program. It’s worth the little extra. I will be using Pioneer Air for all my future needs!
