The whole process went fast until waiting for the doctor. The doctor thinks everyone should run on his terms. I have a life too you know. I took off work today for this, and he's getting paid a lot more than me to waste my time for a consult and some pills. Wow. Waste of time.

They really should get 0 stars I seen two other people during my appointment time and one went before me when she got there at the same time the other one was turned away because they stopped taking insurance for the day? No one was rude but i seen at least 5 staff and it doesn’t make sense to have more receptionists than nurses. There wasn’t one doctor or nurse on staff while I was there. Who is giving us these medications or ultrasounds? They then said I had to come back because the doctor wasn’t there. Seriously make an appointment elsewhere this place takes hours

This location is the slowest. I used to always come here and think it was normal to be here for an hour and a half for a depo shot that takes only two minutes. Then i made an appointment at charleston one day and found out they are so much faster an efficient. Since depo has a due date and it's harder to make appointments now (i normally made them online), i had to make my appt today for flamingo. I went and checked in and have been sitting in my car for an hour. Someone finally just called to ask the usual pre-injection questions and told me the doctor will call when she approves my prescription for the injection. Avoid this location if you can and if you can wait to book, book for the west charleston location. And i saw a lot of negative reviews about calling in. Always pick the call back option. I've been using planned parenthood in vegas for my every three month appointment since i moved here 6.5 years ago. It's always been insanely time consuming trying to get through. Your call back might not be until a couple hours later and will be from a strange number outside of Nevada, but it's better than sitting on hold for 30 min (hopefully they'll bring back web appointments soon).
