These guys are terrible!!!!! I'll spare you the long story....too many grievances with these people.. call someone else!!!! And the \free\ inspections (like plumbing they offer as part of their HVAC service contract) are a tool for them to rip you off more...the plumbing inspection showed a bad annode rod in the water heater 400. I told Priority no. I bought an annode rod for 25 on Amazon. Unscrewed it and dropped it in the water heater. A child can do it. Took 5 minutes. 400 they wanted...unbelievable rip off game.

Called them at 6:30 AM, left a message about AC out. Had return call at 7:12 AM, techs arrived & repaired unit and had cold air by 11:45 AM. Techs very polite & knowledgeable, didn’t try to sell me unnecessary new unit like some another companies do. Highly recommend this company.
Your tech told my wife that the air filters we are using are not good because there is a gap. He said that the paper ones from Home Depot are best for us. Up until last year we always used the ones from Home Depot. Your tech convinced us to buy the ones we have now from you. They were expensive. If they’re no good then we feel that we got screwed by your tech. He probably didn’t know that we bought them from you. I wasn’t there when the tech showed up so I couldn’t discuss this issue with him directly. I want some action. Probably my money back
