Angie is Amazing!!! I was in search for a wedding suit for my big day and came across Ready Tux online... I live in Oklahoma and got in contact with Angie regarding a certain Suit that I saw that I wanted and the rest is history!!!! Angie was GREAT to work with, she was always available when I reached out to her and had a question, made sure I had everything I wanted/needed from head to toe, made sure my suit fit perfectly before she shipped it to me, stayed in contact with me thru the whole process until i received my suit and dressed for the big day!!! I would definitely recommend READY TUX to anyone and everyone if your looking for a suit to fit your needs!!!!!!

Dude Sylvester is super accommodating last minute or unavailable he has always come through for every wedding for every event we go to him even if it’s Superrrrr last minute always makes it work even if he is a very busy man. I do ask & call to check with them especially when I hit him with something super last minute as I tend to micro manage a bit lol however I have never ever been disappointed not once they fit perfectly & they look brand new! We always get loads of compliments we are THAT couple lol I had a wedding out of town & couldn’t make it back on time for the return due to riding w family although I let him know that this may happen beforehand, he was still very understanding & I wasn’t charged a late fee because of the circumstances also concerning the “refused a refund” review I saw I assume you’d have to be a truly really rude disrespectful person for that to be handled that way because I have never seen someone get upset in the store and not be offered a refund almost instantly & I do see a lot of rude (entitled) people come in & can be quite mannerless & have such an attitude w them & be so demanding I know events can be stressful or I don’t know if it’s a language difference but I just never understand I’ve seen nothing but kindness even when being yelled at they treat everyone the same way I’ve had late returns some returns that have gotten a bit dirty I always go in thinking okay be ready to explain & they always “no worries!” “No worries!” Me I’ve never gone anywhere else after this place & Sylvester is fricken awesome I also noticed they just added some wedding dresses & let me tell you they are so beautiful! This place is beyond complete w anything & everything you may need
My business partner contacted Ready Tux for a last minute rental for a very important event and Sylvester accommodated that request. We will be returning back for rentals in the future. The cool thing is if he doesn’t have what you’re looking for you can pre-order. Highly recommend very friendly fast service. Even gems clothing for men and women!
Unfortunately we didn't have the experience we were expecting. 1.Unfortunately the staff could not meet the style of tux we were looking for. 2. Customer service was sub-par. Elder lady simply could not understand our questions or worst, our concerns. We had to walk away from frustration. 3. Our biggest complaint was the day of fitting. We asked to have a final fitting before our wedding because we didn't have another day available before the big day but unfortunately the tux was not ready. They had the wrong color tux and wrong size listing. They offered another day for fitting but we didn't have the availability. 4. We canceled our order because they couldn't fulfill our requests. They also refused a refund request. We feel the business failed completely on all our requests. I cannot recommend this business in good faith. Weddings are stressful and adding more stress to such an important dates is definitely not warranted. Hope they improve on the services they provide.
My husband and I went 12 days before our event to rent a tux. We were told it would be ready in 10 days (two days before the event). It wasn’t. No one called to say it wasn’t ready and when we called before driving there, we got no answer. So we went and it wasn’t ready. We were offered NO apologies only excuses and then told it would be ready the next day (the day BEFORE the event). Repeat same scenario from the day before. IT WAS NOT READY. We were again offered no apologies and only excuses and told to come back the next day -THE DAY of the event. AND we got a big song and dance about how he had to pay extra for this jacket. Um ok...? We were charged 165 originally and no mention of any special order or circumstances. Well, the jacket WAS ready on the day of the event BUT it wasn’t the right tie and the shirt was JUST a normal white shirt - NOT the “pleated” one we ordered. We were told this shirt was “good enough.” Look, we know stuff can happen, but through our FOUR TRIPS to “NOT-Ready Tux” we were only offered excuses and REFUSED any discount for the trouble, time, wrong order. Nothing. NEVER AGAIN would WE EVER use this place and I suggest if YOU don’t want to waste your money, STAY AWAY!!
