Helpful staff. Feels like home. Could use more lounge chairs. Only 5. Breakfast getting back to normal. 2 hot item. Normally fried eggs. Sausage (turkey or pork ).

The hotel is less than two miles from the airport and three and half miles from the casinos. There are many local and commercial restaurants within walking distance and even an outlet mall right behind the hotel. One of the best things was the hot breakfast, which is so rare during these times since most places just provide a bag lunch. The staff was kind had my room ready. The room was large and open with an open studio suite setup. There is a full kitchen and a bar to eat your meals. The bed was soft as were the linens. The bathroom was large and modern with an open stand-up shower. The complimentary WiFi was fast enough to surf the web and the smart TV had streaming built in just log into your account. Other Amenities: - Airport shuttle - Outdoor grill and fire pit - Outdoor heated pool (no spa) - Fitness room (cardio, nice cable machine and free weights) The hotel had a mask policy and had many sanitizer machines throughout the property. Social distancing was encouraged. All amenities were open to include the pool and fitness with limited capacity. The restaurants around the property allowed indoor eating at reduced capacity.

My room got a 2 bedroom suite and omg I loved it. We all fit in there perfectly, and the kids loved the pool. Really felt like home, but best of all it's walking distance to the premium outlets!!

If there's a negative star I would send it. I used the way app for a park and ride and had my vehicle broken into and they tried to steal it. Broken rear window, door latches broken, ignition broken and had a tuner/monitor stolen. I was told from their website to have cameras and security, this was obviously not the case. I was told by the GM to contact their insurance for damages who told me to use my auto insurance and claim damages. Negative negative negative. Beware of false advertising and false security of thinking your vehicle is safe

We love this residence inn location! Staff is friendly and professional! Daisy is amazing. The pool has a small waterfall! Breakfast was ok, not a fan of to go bags. I hope they bring back the hot breakfast soon. The premium outlet is less than a five minute walk and is very convenient to walk to. There are a lot of restaurants in walking distance too! We ate at canes and called it a night

Great place to stay near the airport. Big rooms with a kitchette and big fridge and silverware too. Nice peaceful stay, friendly and helpful staff. Loved the pool area even though we didn't get to use it.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel was clean and tidy. I would recommend that anyone staying in Vegas that doesn't want to deal with The Strip stay here.

I went to Las Vegas for work. Stayed a complete week in this Residence inn, the experience is great. Every morning at breakfast Carlos will give you the best service, refreshing and makes you think he can solve your day from his kitchen. Excellent job Carlos, thank you very much.
