Easy to take items back even after 90 day policy which i highly respect. The store could be a little better at maintaining thier fruits and having more products out instead of holding them on the top shelves allowing me only to purchase the brands that I really don't want. Overall easy place to shop
I haven't been going to Sam's Club as much since the pandemic. The lines are much longer than before and given that it's summer, I'm not going to wait outside. I was a little disappointed that Sam's Club stopped providing a lot of the features and benefits that I came to love about Sam's Club once the pandemic started. I'm hoping in a post-pandemic world, they go back to being one of my favorite shopping experiences. No disrespect to the staff. I know this is a corporate issue.
