Pretty quick & never any issues with the order or people who bring out the food but always seem to have someone rude working drive-thru..this last time I handed exact change to driver, counted it twice. He then asked how much, counted again & handed it up. After talking to another worker the cashier then argued with my friend on how much we gave him saying it wasn't exact & we were short so I just gave him another dollar. Not a big deal but the way he argued as if we were stupid was very annoying. Almost always an issue when using drive-thru but other than that I love sonic..wish there were more around town.

Came in just for their 10 pound bag of crushed ice. Best ice ever! A little pricey at 3.24 but well worth it because I love me some ice! ; -)

Customer service on drive thru might want to be a bit tighter. Yes on the outside you are being nice using your customer service skills. So ppl hear you being nice. Doesnt mean u real though. I like to feel its genuine on the inside as well. Just saying. This is a good store. Might want to give a training course on touch up training

The order wasn't right. They grab what we order (chicken) without gloves to bring back to put some bbq. Mozzarella sticks where cold. Anyway not a good experience.
