Me and my wife came home from a short time visiting relatives recently, found water in our guest bathroom and it had traveled to some of the other rooms. Made a phone call to southern Nevada cleaning and restoration when Fred answered the phone , told him what nightmare we walked into and asked if he could come out, Fred and his team were at our in one hour! Fred explained the source of the water was coming from the toilet feed line. I had already turned off the water supply so Fred put his team to work immediately. Not only did they have all the water cleaned up but equipment in place for drying. Later found out that one spot would not go completely dry and kept staying wet, drywall was removed and low and behold he found a substantial amount of mold! My wife is very concerned about the mold intrusion, Fred reassured us that he had special chemicals that would neutralize the mold and he would remove it. Overall experience was really really good with him and his team, the whole process took about a week, just like he said it would. I’m happy to say our houses as good as before this horrible experience. We highly recommend southern Nevada cleaning and restoration. Professional, thorough, it is with you through the whole process. My wife probably called him five times in the seven days if they were here LOL

Great prices and did not get haggled. I've used them a few times on several properties and I am very pleased. I would even trust them staying in my home if I had to leave to run errands. Mid July my rental home near the Lakes, had a pipe burst from behind the toilet. As my tenants were at work. I got a surprise call explaining that the ceiling has a huge hole from the water all the furniture is damaged and flooring and walls are wet and about to break. They arrived quickly and helped me throughout the entire process from the claim input to the final completion and moving back My Tenants quickly. Fred A. Gave us 5 star customer service. He replied right away (within 10 minutes even late at night) he was super accommodating and made setting up an appointment very simple. He kept me updated as he arrived and let me know when he was finished. The house smells and looks great and I got an amazing deal. There were a couple little nit-picky things I would have liked done better/different but overall a solid cleaning service and a great way to move into an older home.

Use this service--you will never find better. When our water heater died and left a terrible mess, Fred responded immediately He calmed our worries and reassured us throughout the whole process. He demonstrated such compassion and concern for us, and had our home back to 100% in less time than he had predicted. He didn't stop there. A month to the day after our water heater died, we had a leak show up in the kitchen sink. The plumber fixed the leak, and we called in Fred immediately to assess and begin to correct the damage. Even though Fred was about to take his family on a long awaited weekend trip, he came right over, assessed the situation. He used amazing tools to measure the possible water damage and was able to show us clearly dry conditions. Then he said, "You don't need me on this one." What integrity! He enjoys helping people, and their health is his main concern. I am asking Fred for recommendations for other services from now on because he is a man you can trust. Great experience. Fred is extremely personable and professional. He came when scheduled and called the one time he had to reschedule in a timely manner. He explained what he was doing and what I was seeing without talking down or making me feel like I wouldn’t get it. My husband had just passed a week prior to finding there was a major leak from water softener that had gone undetected. Needless to say I was a wreck, but he was so so kind, patient and helped through the whole process. Thank you and I’ll definitely be using the services again
