Stay away from this company at all costs! First of all, they are primarily a reseller, you can get a majority of what they "offer" elsewhere and you'd be wise to do so. Nothing but trouble with this company. Had placed an order through Amazon which never arrived. Replacement was also sent and never arrived. Both orders showed up in 2 completely different states (based on tracking #s THEY PROVIDED). Swim2000 had no explanation other than it was the USPS's fault even though 2 lost mail investigations returned nothing to say it was the USPS's fault. They simply printed and shipped labels incorrectly to the wrong address and won't take responsibility. Company has a complete lack of empathy or respect for its customers and thinks of them as fools. Many other reviews out there will show transparency, so don't just take my word for it. A few minutes of research will save you days/weeks of trouble with this company, trust me. Buyer beware!

Ordered swim socks and paddles on Feb 22nd. Ordered the socks for a race on Feb 29th so I paid for 2 day shipping. I got an email saying they received my order and that I would be notified when shipped. 3 business days in I had not received any notification so I emailed them to find out about my order and they didn’t respond. Race day came and went without my socks so I emailed them again and again they didn’t respond. Finally called them on 3/10 and the lady was very unhelpful. First she said that my package was at the post office and then said it had been delivered to my mail box. When I asked her what we can do about this she just kept telling me to have a good day like there was no problem. She then said she would forward me the email with the tracking number and guess what? She never did, of course. Writing this review just cost me 60 because I’m not gonna continue to waste me time with these people but I would certainly steer clear of this place if I were you! Definitely on line at least

I don't know what all of these bad ratings are about. I stopped in just now (still sitting in the parking lot) and Isabel was VERY helpful. I just needed a swim cap and goggles and didn't know the differences between them (I'm a beginner) and she was very nice and knowledgeable. I spoke with Max on the phone earlier and he too was very nice.
