I have been a patient here for about 10 years. Dr Adams is the most caring, compassionate, patient, and attentive physician I've ever used. While the wait times can be long, she is not a corporate medicine churn and burn physician. Her new staff is amazing, and they are always pleasant!

I dont understand how this doctor gets away with operating a business like this. I went in for my first visit today (having read that she often runs late, so I was ready to exercise patience), and was told that it would be at least 90min before I was even put in an exam room. I needed to get back to work (budgeted 2.5 hours for this visit), so asked if I could reschedule since the doctor wasn't able to keep my appointment (and no one bothered to call me and tell me how very late they were running), and instead they replied that the appointment would be billed to my insurance as a no-show!! I called me insurance company and they confirmed this was not allowable, so I left. How can I trust a doctor to have my best interests at heart if they dont even respect my time?! I'm genuinely appalled. Obviously this is a money-hungry practice who over-books and does not care about patient care. At minimum, they should hire another doctor or NP!! Also, I do not appreciate cosmetic procedures being marketed right in the front door for a FAMILY practice. If this is a medspa, your patients should know that before they show up for general care.

Although there is a wait, the doctor is thorough and in my opinion very good. She takes care in making sure that every medical need is addressed. Refers me to other doctors when needed and various testing as needed. She has helped me greatly.
