I not only frequently stayed there but worked for ms.hope,as well. The woman is an inspiration. Hope kwon has an admirable work ethic which shined thru in the cleanliness of the motel and the loyalty of the staff and repeat guests.

3 stars only because I personally am not the hostel type but other wise it was a smooth stay.
So far it was nice stay. I like my room, it was clean and well arranged and staff were very accommodating.
[Its funny some comments look like paid reviews] I stayed here on EDC 2018 because there is no room under 150 in the area. --\u003eEveryday gang ish people kept screaming in night and morning on 1st floor(this hostel is 2nd floor) --\u003eRandom people get in and out. --\u003eOften broken showers (not hot water) --\u003eShowers and toilets are face each other. --\u003eNot clean both of bathrooms( I used women's bathroom too because of cold water shower.) --\u003eAs long as I remember there is no AC in a room. --\u003ePeople smork and activate alarm in midnight and morning.
Well, I checked in being able to walk fine, and checked out not being able to put on a shoe. They had the shower rod just propped up between 2 tiles. As soon as I pulled the curtain the rod came down on my foot. Mainly the 2 middle toes. I think at least one is broken, I'll know Monday. When I told the front desk what happened and showed her pictures of my foot she said "So what are you trying to say. How do I even know that's you." No, I'm sorry this happened or hint of caring. I'm pretty disgusted with them.
This used to be a very nice place to stay .. now it’s a dump... they stole my clothes and my laptop... the air conditioning would not even cool my small room... the staff was very rude and were not accommodating
The rates of this place change on whoever is working that shift. Got a bungalow and the power was out in half the room. No remote control to tv so tv was stuck on one Chanel. This morning when I went to complain to the office the lady called me a liar without checking on the room with me. I only recommend this place if you are going to have a one night stand or something like that. There. Is no room deposit. That is why it. Is good for that.
For a hostel it's decent for the price. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. It's 7 minutes from Fremont . But Ghetto all around in that surrounding area. Stay alert.
