I cannot recommend this tuff shed. The salesman (Todd Hargrove) lied directly to me about the delivery and installation schedule costing me a day off work when nobody showed. He put the blame completely on the installers who later clarified they were there to install but my shed was not completed. Why not just say that? Once it was finally installed on the 3rd attempt, there were some glaring defects. While two weeks later they did come and attend to them, there are still some pretty big blemishes for a brand new shed. Honesty and integrity go a long way in business, but when you don't have that and your quality is also poor, it leaves a bad taste in my mouth for doing business with these guys.

Not all parts were delivered and installation has problems. Buyer beware as another reviewer stated. I'm disputing charges until you fix the issues. ***update 10/23/20*** Warranty crew came today and was very, very good. They got everything checked off the list. I hope this location gets it figured out because it's an outstanding product just a complete lack of communication.
Great company to work for workers here really put their all into their job 100% customer satisfaction managers will do anything to make the customer 100% satisfied are sheds are awesome I give Tough Shed 5 out of 5 stars
If I could give a ZERO rating I would. I called and asked for assistance in regards to getting an estimate for a shed. Spoke with a guy who didn't seem to want to assist much, passed me over to a guy named Doug who said he'd come over the next day at 10 am and give me an estimate... NEVER showed, called or any courtesy of letting me know that he won't make it etc.. He left me hanging and waiting... Inconsiderate and awful customer service and representation of self and business... I rented a storage unit instead near my house. Tuff shed needs to train their staff on the importance of professionalism, customer service, the art of sales, common courtesy, and good relations with \possible\ future new customers...but with such reviews I'm reading don't see it happening ...
I have a new Tuff shed and my salesperson was Douglas Smith who was truly incredible. I have never purchased a shed prior and Douglas was extremely helpful in figuring out the size for the space available to place it in. He also helped with design, window and vent choices. He encouraged me to get safety latch in addition to door handle lock and I am glad I did as it is a nice feature. He also encouraged me to do plenty of shelves and they are great. I have plenty of storage space with all my shelves. Douglas was patient, attentive and there for me when I had all of my questions. I love my new shed and appreciate all of his great help. Thank you Douglas.
