USAA is best in the World. They’re a financial institution, not a charity organization. All the complainers are beggars. Want me and other vets to bail them out. I don’t want to help those who don’t try to help themselves. There are a small minority who need and deserve help. USAA and other organizations do that. To the majority of you, good riddance. Go away.

It is 10-10-2020 and for two days I have been unable to access USAA site to check my credit card bill. What's up?

I am a war veteran of two wars and I served my country with honor and distinction just like many other veterans. I have been a loyal member for over seven years. A few years ago I had went through some very difficult times with a divorce and cancer simultaneously both probably a direct result of my service to my country. These events unfortunately threw me into an unrecoverable dire financial situation where I had to reluctantly file a bankruptcy. Now that I have the scarlet \B\ tattooed on my credit report USAA treats me like a criminal and a non citizen of this country. I can not get any products or services at all even though I still have active accounts. I'm not asking for or looking for anything for free I would just like to be able to get services and products and I'd gladly pay the higher interest rate until I can build my credit back up. Beware my fellow veterans and service members God forbid something should happen to you where you get financially wiped out. We never think it can happen to us until it does. USAA will NOT work with you regardless and you will be treated bad.. USAA is just like that fair weather friend that is there with you during all the great times but when things get rough and you need help and some understanding they are GONE!!! GOOD BYE USAA!! you all would be better served at Navy Federal.

USAA is a comprehensive wonderful banking and insurance institution. We have been members for 30 years and now our daughters are as well. Everything from convenient on-line banking, savings, credit cards and loans (with shared accounts with our daughters for ease of transfers to and from - as well as discounts for rental cars and assessments for our home value and our credit score) and all of our insurance - we feel safe and well-guarded in this crazy world. Also, their hours are generous and their customer care is second to none. We have been very happy and encourage anyone who has military ties to work with USAA!
