We were married on 03/17/2021 and let me tell you it was the most amazing day of our lives. They did everything to make our day special and elegant. Everyone we professional and kept everything moving right along. They also made us feel so comfortable. We were married in the chapel and the pictures online do not give it justice. Everyone was amazing and we can't wait to return to renew our vows!

I pay 903 Very little communication between me and the wedding planner Shannon She never called one time she just sent email today is April 7 2021 my wedding is April 23 2021 no idea about the package that I choose zero communication I was expecting a cake in a package deal a limousine ride and a helicopter ride and a vendor for six people but not satisfied because the Manager told me 903 only Cover The wedding helicopter ride and limousine ride I have to pay for my own photos my own cake that was very rude to me on the phone thank God I recorded the conversation because she’s the manager tried to cancel my wedding without my consent and told me she was keeping the money please think twice before you book here the 903 is only for a ride the venue for 6 in the limousine pick from hotel 6 Photos now I’m seeking a lawyer because they try to take my money and not give me service racial profiling post to be the happiest day of my life but they really disappointing me Very poor Customer service
They canceled my wedding April 7, 2001 and my Wedding date April 23, 2001 Refuse to give me my money back so I can plan another wedding in time friends and family already book rooms and Airflight here’s a message from the manager Britney she told me that she don’t know when she was going to be able to return me my money please be careful before booking them my way and it’s only a couple of days away and this is how they treat me as a Black woman Thank God I recorded the conversation and yes I’m going to seek legal help I book a wedding package and nothing in the wedding package was true they offer a limousine ride Helicopter ride in a ceremony for six for 903 that’s it but on a package on the website it said it come with champagne photograph wedding cake and none of this was included when I talk to the wedding planner Shannon who have very little communication with me the whole time very disappointing right before my wedding please think twice before book in them
Our wedding was beautiful - exactly what I wanted! Our evening wedding on the Gazebo Terrace was just as it is pictured on the website. The ceremony was romantic, short, and sweet. My friends and family at home were able to watch it live, and they made so many wonderful comments on how beautiful it was. The staff made planning this event so easy. I really felt like I made a few phone calls, some easy decisions, and it was done. All I had to do was show up with my loved ones and enjoy the day.
Best money you can spend on a wedding! The staff were amazing. Our wedding planner, photographer, pilot, and minister were top notch! Thank you all so much!

We just got married here last week on the Terrace Gazebo. Absolutely perfect. Everyone was super helpful. Zero stress what so ever. Everything ran smoothly from: hair and makeup in my room, limo ride to and from our hotel, all the way down the isle to "I DO". All of this right during the middle of Covid. Highly recommend. Everything about our day was absolutely amazing.
We had some hiccups with our destination wedding. My coordinator Jan and the staff came through. I looked at other chapels but the class, professionalism, venue, and experience turned out to be second to none.
