I’ve had the pleasure of having Bodgan out to my home twice for heater related issues and he doesn’t disappoint. He takes his time to assess the issue and has gotten me taken care of both times in the same day. Definitely needed out here in Vegas when we have those extreme cold and extreme hot days. Both times I was worried I’d be sleeping with a million blankets just to make it through the night and luckily Bogdan resolved my issue so I could sleep comfortably. Truly great service! Can’t thank them enough!

Bogdan did an excellent job repairing our HVAC. He came to us through Old Republic Home Warranty and not all of their vendors have been good. Bogdan however went above and beyond our expectations. This is the most honest, and trustworthy HVAC company in the Valley. The technician Bogdan was very knowledgeable and friendly. I called him to go to my grandmas house on Labor Day and he was out there within 2 hours! When he arrived the system was able to turn on again. He explained to me what he thought the Issue was but wanted to wait to see what happened when the unit went out again. He then returned 2 days later within 30 minutes from my call and informed me that we needed to do to test the system again. He then returned again that night at 7pm to replace the motor. He had the part in stock on his van and was able to change it out and get the air on for my grandma quickly! Throughout the entire process he fully explained all the components of the system and what was causing the issue. Instead of guessing what was wrong with the system and over charging me, he took the time to confirm what the issue was. I really appreciate his honestly and hard work. I will call him for all my properties!! Thank you again to Wave Heating & Cooling!!

The owner is wonderful! He took the time to explain various options for the A/C on my rental property. He took pictures and sent them to me since I no longer live in Vegas. He made sure I understood what needed to be replaced. The new unit was ordered. Installed and functioning the next day. Call Bogdan before using anyone else! AW
I had a couple issues with my AC that got fixed here. A leaking drain pan and no power at the thermostat. On both occasions, it was thoroughly explained to me so that I could understand what had caused the issue and what the fix was. Even with pictures and videos for the things I couldn't see in the attic. On top of this great service, the price was very fair. I have used other HVAC companies and it feels like taking a car into an auto mechanic by the time they get done with you. Go with Wave and you'll be satisfied. I know I'll be coming back when I need more maintenance!
