The hotels atmosphere was very electric and welcoming. People can be seen gambling and having a good time all throughout the day and night. There's never a dull moment in Vegas and especially at Westgate which relatively an affordable hotel. The service was prompt and good, but it could've been better. One nice thing about this hotel is that it's just a couple minutes from the strip. The reason I'm giving it a 4 star review is because my room had very minimal lighting.

Overall the experience was decent. The sports book, pool and fitness center/spa were the best parts of the stay. The room was dated, outlets all in the wrong places (not close to a night stand for nightly phone charges) bed was meh, shower was nicely tiled but you could tell it had seen better days as water was pooling in places it shouldn’t and the ‘view’ that was advertised as steps away from the pool was quite misleading, as you can see, it wasn’t close to the pool. Casino is small as well, so if that’s something you are really looking for, you may need to go elsewhere. It does have a Benihana’s which was great, the sports book is big with some decent counter service food and the Fortuna serves Starbucks and some other decent sandwiches 24/7. Overall, it’s not too bad, but if the budget allows, it may be worth staying elsewhere.

The first thing i notice was how clean and big the room was !! We had a standard king size room i couldn’t imagine how the better Rooms were !!its So beautiful . So many options to eat inside , casino a good size . Had a performance , so awesome . Smell so good !!! My bf stayed here couple years ago he said they def updated ALOT . I will always look to stay at Westgate !! The only thing is The restaurants inside be booked up for up to a week so if you wanna eat inside of there at edge or all you can eat sushi and more you’ll have to book ahead . Location of hotel is perfect ! Off strip but still close enough to enjoy a nice walk to it , if not they have shuttles that pick and drop you off certain times.

This was a last minute booking. They definitely exceeded my expectations. Great staffs. Definitely won’t every penny.

First time in Las Vegas for a weekend seminar. Great rooms, service, and lots to do without leaving the building! Excellent restaurants, shopping galore, and thick walls for great sleep. Far from the strip but can take the monorail for cheap. I am glad I stayed here as I didn't have to worry about loud and crazy people outside or in. Great hotel for beginners. Will stay again.

Staying here now. There was a 1.5 hour line to check in yesterday. Last night there was a line down the hall to get into the elevator. I was planning on getting coffee at the bakery downstairs, but the line was also way down the hall. I had already paid online, but they surprised me with an extra 108 "resort fee" for a closed pool and wifi for 3 nights. Since the metro is closed for pandemic, the tram comes ti take up out to the strip... every 2 hours. And for some reason nobody who drives lyft wants to come near that place. Just never again.

I would say it’s a 3 star. Nothing fancy. Better options available in the town. Like luxor, etc Room has amenities but no microwave. No or 1 bar phone reception in room. Pay for the internet. Resort fee is a joke. Dont fall for timeshare deception. I wouldn’t recommend this HOTEL.

Whatever you do.... DO NOT buy a timeshare here. Biggest scam I have ever encountered. Over 300 for the mortgage and then another 550 in fees..... Over 800 for a WEEKEND!!!!! Plus they sold me travel benefits on top of the ones I got for free and all they had to say was "You werent required to buy those" Plus the room we stayed in wasn't even very clean. Stay away!!!!
