I have been with 247-Host for since 2015 and until the last few months things were fine. That being said, two months ago they took away my apparent LIFETIME discount due to CPanel license changes. I get that partially. Agreed and paid. Last month they increased my bill by 1/mo stating they have to charge me more for the extra IP, no notice, just new invoice at a higher rate. Then this month they raised it another 4/mo. without notice. It appears as if they can just raise your monthly charge without any notice. With no real explanation except, well we can't do it for the price you have had for the last 6 years. So much for customer loyalty. I will be posting this on other hosting platforms as well as looking for a host to move too. I will take my business elsewhere!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! We have been working with them for years now and they have very very very poor customer service. If we face any problem in the server, we have to wait entire day for their response. If there was any negative star, i would rate them in negative. I recommend to never use their service.
I'd like to withdraw from the club. What kind of operation is required? I've emailed them repeatedly about my intention to cancel my membership, but I haven't heard back and they keep charging me for it!
I have been a customer for 247 host for over 4 years. I have always had great customer service. I have found them to be prompt and responsive. They have been able to accurately and adequately answer my questions. Even when the answer wasn't always what I wanted to hear, they tried to find a solution that helped me. I am a very loyal customer for life!
Decent and affordable web host. Haven't faced much issues with them. Uptime is great too. Slightly slow with the shared hosting, but for the price, I'll still consider it a bargain. They do manage to do better than others.
I have been a client of 247 host for almost eight years. In the beginning I had some issues, but since I transferred to a different data center, I've had no issues whatsoever. The support staff is amazing and I would not go anywhere else for hosting needs.
I have been using their hosting for the past 3 years and the only reason I still give them my money is for the support they offer. Thank you to the support team especially Andrew P. and Jason who have always been very resourceful at answering all my support questions and resolving problems. I started with their smallest shared hosting plan to give them a try and have upgraded to a Virtual Private Server over the years. Uptime is great and their new SSD servers are amazingly fast. Keep up the good work!
