I have been a client of this place for the past 7-8 years. Always received a good service... until this year. They issued me a 2020-2021 policy renewal for a yearly premium X. I accepted. A month INTO the contract this premium was increased by 23% WITHOUT ANY NOTICE. When I called and asked questions they blamed it all on Covid. Yeah, sure... Unprofessional, bogus answers, they'd rather lose a customer than 100. Avoid them at all costs!
