VERY SATISFIED! We had to replace the corroded ancient valves and poorly installed plumbing in our old unfinished 1927 basement. The technician, Ian, was courteous and did remove his boots every time he had to go outside to his truck. He did an impeccable job. We have been dealing with Allard et Ricard for many years (gas furnace maintenance, powder room and total kitchen renos). They are courteous and care about their customers. This company is a keeper, we would not think about going anywhere else.

We deeply appreciated their professionalism. After years of flooding problems, they provided the solution. Their employees were courteous and efficient. COVID made things difficult, but they kept in touch and eventually everything worked out very well. I would highly recommend them!
Had to perform and schedule quite an complex project to replace oil heating but this team pulled it off during Covid with good results. Richard is very professional and also very responsive.
Did get great servive by Richard Allard and his team in our radiant floor heating project ... great job and very professinal!
