I called Aman for inspection after my offer to purchase a house in Laval was accepted by the seller. Aman was very responsive and informative as this was my first home buying experience and I didn't much either. He gave me next-day appointment, arrived on time, took his time to perform a detailed house inspection in snowy weather and he kept communicating along the way about what is he doing and why. I was able to negotiate the price again after his inspection, seller even said that they had done their inspection before but they accepted Aman's inspection report and lowered the price. I would recommend Aman for many things but his professionalism and knowledge of the domain stand out.
