Considering it's affordable housing, the units are not too bad and the neighbors are very nice. There is a nice sense of community. For individuals without a car the location isn't great but the only problem is the individual who manages the on site office. This awful little man is extremely rude and should be avoided, especially by women. Fortunately, the young lady in the office is a pleasant human being.
