Worst builder ever!! They even don't deserve a star!! Our drill was missing after they done the repairs. Property manager Noah of Phase 5 is very rude who told me that he has no senior management about him. He said I can't complain about the missing to anyone except him because he has no boss... Really??? Worst quality ever....see pictures.

Be careful! The building is not ready for living! It's not safe to live here! Don't believe them! You can see the balcony at the photo. Finished reconstruction?! Really?!
I’d give 0 star if I could. The team is unpleasant and rude! Especially the old ladies working there, bunch of lonely ladies in need of love, so they are cranky all the time. The men there are decent.... So please ARMCO hire different staffs who serve better manners and know how to put a smile in the face infront of customers. And as for the building itself... well we were told by the real-estate agent that everything will be completed by the time we move in. However that is not the case. Its been 3 months in. And still no balcony or AC. What a joke! And at 5:30-6AM every morning there will be construction noise, drilling from right above my unit!! Say Good bye to your sleep! I’m going crazy! I got kids! This is the worst worst building in Montreal. 6850 boulevard newman. DO NOT COME! I am calling the regie of logement...
This building is not finish yet. Put the A.C on and there is no mail box key . Regie De Logement complaint will be on verry soon.
Classic case of an indecent & inhumane landlord. Rude & obnoxious manager. Do not rent or buy from these guys.
