Can't say enough good things about the customer service I was given by Francis. He guided me in the right direction, was very patient to answer all of my questions on various different occasions. They have very good prices and products. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.
Just turn around, seller will try to sell you everything based on lies. Worst part is having my money back. More than 7 days and I still have no answer. I was not mad until now, mistakes use to happen but 7 days and no answer that is a thing.

We had to replace or old tub and went to Bain Depot to start looking as soon as we spoke to a contractor. It was still early in the reno process so we were just planning to widow shop and get pricing. We happened to be served by the store manager who was incredibly helpful considering we've never bought a bath before and had so many questions. We were told that we could buy today and return for full refund if for whatever reason the work got postponed/cancelled or the tub didn't fit. So we bought our tub, drain and faucet on the spot. We called as soon as we had our reno date so that they could have our tub shipped to them. Then 3 days before work was supposed to start our contractor told us he would have to postpone 1 week. I called the store immediately to let them know and it qas not an issue to hold our tub in store for the extra week. When my contractor went to pick up the tub he had no issue, everything went smooth. Our one hiccup was that the drain they sold us wouldn't fit in our bathroom (contractor would have had to cut space for it). So he purchased one with a different drain angle and we were able to return the unused drain with absolutely no hassle. I was in the store 3 times overall, and the store manager who served us was there every time. Always friendly, very professional and remembered us. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this store.
Les quatre représentants (3 femmes et 1 homme) sont d'une gentillesse très peu commune et vous offrent une qualité de service que l'on croyait disparue. Et ce après de nombreuses visite et même malgré un retour de marchandise. BRAVO!
J'ai commandé plusieurs items d'avance via leur page web au mois de septembre. Une porte, un base de douche, vanity et un pharmacie. Seulement le base de douche était disponible. Les autres items censé arriver plus tard. Il arrivé pas tous en même temps , donc prévoyez de faire le voyage plusieurs fois . Lorsque pharmacie fut disponible aucune nous avait été réservé et elle était rendu BO et serait disponible fin mois de janvier donc 4 mois . Bain Dépôt m'appel au mois décembre pour me dire que pharmacie n'est pas encore arrivé, et il prévoit la livraison dans les 20n mois de février. Nous sommes 7 février aujourd'hui , je n'ai plus d'appel de leur part . En écrivant ces commentaire ici, j'espère que propriétaire vas réagir et corrige la situation. En attendant voici photo de ma pharmacie actuel depuis mois de novembre 2020. À suivre
