Horrible service!! unprofessional!! never buy from this store .we bought the pendant -Fatima hand and two weeks later the eye fell off .we are still trying to get the pendant repaired the owner is hiding from us never calling back .promises With excuses. Simply a disaster.!!

Briefly: They were more than 5 days late and in the end they've messed up the wedding band design of my wife (and it even was a simple design!). And we paid in full when placing the order... Totally unprofessional in their relationship to us! In details: We placed the order on 26th of June and we were promised that we will have the wedding bands in 3-4 days, by next Friday - July 3rd. I've called on July 6th (when we had planned an event to celebrate our wedding bands) and the order was still not ready; the lady on the phone said no more than 3 days. Yesterday (July 9th) I've had to call them (instead of they calling me) only to find out that our order was not there. When I threaten to cancel the order they called back saying that the wedding bands are there. Not only they were not apologetic when going there to pick up the order, but they blamed us for misunderstanding when the bands will be ready and say that this time of year is very busy and things take much longer than expected (all of which was news to us since when we placed the order they did not say a word of this). But our ordeal was not over: the surprise was that my wife's wedding bands had three stripes around it, not two as requested by us and as I had on my band. The lady at the counter noticed it from the beginning and did not say a word to us, although we asked explicitly to have the same design in both rings. We had to return the wedding bands and we are waiting for a call today, from the owner, to tell us when my wife's wedding band can be changed/redone. If they don't do it by Tuesday at the latest, I really have to cancel the order and the ceremony that we reschedule once more. In conclusion: Don't bother going there. They are very nice just in the beginning until they make you place and pay for the order. After that - really bad experience... which is a pity because a jewelry is supposed to be all about good memories.
