What a joke of a business. Shingles are falling off after 5 years worth of use. BP is not aknowledging or accepting any responsibility. I'm filing my claim in the Better Business Bureau and hope other customers do the same. This is unacceptable and they need to be aware of this when purchasing BP products in the future.

Roof shingles that decomposes after 10-12 years. You can't actually find poorer value than this. They refused to pay anything for it, so instead of aknowledging their fault and giving a 1000 rebate on their own products to replace my roof, they lost a customer for life (so that's tens of thousand of dollars, considering their products only lasts for 10-12 years).
