Kids arrive to a large open gym with minimal interaction of counsellors, no one in charge of their group to receive them. They have an incoherent chant for half and hour and the animators are very young . Not great if your child is new to day camps or has difficulty integrating into a new environment. The 4-6 year olds are put together and whether they can swim or not they wear a life vest in the baby pool. Better for older kids with some confidence. The managers are hard to contact. They give you a number to a voice mail. Definitely not a 5 star camp.

Terrible experience, my daughter was 8 years old and she loves day camps... the kids arrive to an open gym so loud and not organized, same for the afternoon, she was so feed up after 3 weeks, we asked for a refund and she came to work with me...
On arrive dans un gym de bordel complet le matin et où nous devons essayer de retrouver notre enfant le soir parmi l'ensemble de ceux qui y vont. Mom garçon de 6 ans est rendu à la 5e agressions physiques cette année sans qu'aucune communication soit fait au parent. À CHAQUE FOIS on nou revalides leur politique de communication qui doit faire en sorte qu'il avertisse les parents mais PAS UNE FOIS ON A ÉTÉ INFORMÉ à chaque fois c'est notre garçon de 6 ans qui nous en informe et après recherches évidement ces mentions sont fondé. Ils interviennent toujours dans les situations auprès des enfants fautifs mais je communique jamais l'incident au parent... pour nous c'est une très mauvaise expérience je n'y retournerai absolument plus jamais.
