I see many people whom have been scammed by this organization since their debut in Verdun, yet people still haven't gotten the message. When you change parts on a recall they no longer fall under whatever warranty you paid for when you originally paid for your vehicle yet Campbell and Cameron Volkswagen fail to mention this to their clients. My review is pertaining to M.Lanthier and not M.Walsh.

Great service. Very professional and they listened to the customers needs and did not try to push another vehicle which did not fit the needs. Very impressed by Tony as well as Anthony, Annabel as well as the Director who took the time to meet with us.
They used the wrong cleaning product on the interior. It left a smudgy white residue all over the shiny surfaces on the drivers side (center console, steering wheel, door handle...etc). I made 3 attempts to contact them in writing to give them feedback (2 separate online forms and an email). Never heard back from them. They're great at taking your money and upselling, but don't expect to hear back from them if you have a problem.
Your response shows great professionalism and thank you. I believe that it is possible that 99.99 percent % of your clients are satisfied with your work. Just pointing out the fact that maybe... and i could be wrong great effort should be made in dealing with the 0.01 percent that are not. I am sure you will resolve this to the best of your ability. No doubt cameron is a great place great people and great service.99.99 percent of the time.
I have been going to this dealership regularly for maintenance since 2015. Never had a problem. I leased my first car there. I recently went in to get my winter tires put on. Much to my surprise, the service agent found my work order and asked if I was there for an oil change. I stated it was just for a tire change and asked to check my brakes as they were squeaking. The service agent responded "No problem we do a 30 point inspection." I signed the work order assuming the service agent would cross off the oil change (as Campbell & Cameron have done in the past when the work order was incorrect ), which I found out he did not when I received a bill that included the oil change. I checked my records and found that they had done an oil change in May 2020 at the time of my 15K maintenance (done at 11,500 KM.) Because of the pandemic, I only put 4,000 KM's on my Golf since that last oil change. So I contacted the Service Manager, who said since I signed the work order they could not refund me. Instead he offered me a 10% discount on future visits until it made up the 145 for the oil change. While I appreciated the gesture, a 10% discount every 6 months doesn't help much with finances being tight due to the pandemic. Campbell & Cameron have lost a loyal customer. For those who continue to frequent Campbell & Cameron, don't make the same mistake I did and assume they will fix the word order. Insist that they reprint it before signing and leaving your keys.
Went in for my 75,000 servicing. This place was clean, fast, great service, and staff were able to answer all of my questions. I feel very confident in recommending this dealership to anyone. Didn't get my free scarf though :( I'm a sucker for free stuff.

Campbell and Cameron is a fantastic dealership and is flawless in all departments. They really do a great job to make you feel part of a big family! I've bought several new cars and also used cars here, do all my servicing here and even pop over to the parts counter to buy parts, I'm always greeted with smiles and respect. Thank you very much!!!
