Advised to see dealer, even though they could have acquired a customer. Provide advice as to alternatives, very upfront. Down to earth, personable professionals. When seemingly unable to assist, as the professional immediately what would need to be done, cost of vehicle specifically (without having to consult any computer or the like) consulted with another colleague as to any other options, rather than going to a dealership, as would be far more expensive - purely as courtesy of a proper professional providing service as a business. Appear to work on a wide variety of vehicles, cars, trucks, etc. They're impressingly knowledgeable to say the least, upfront, helpful and were a pleasure to speak with.
