Charges and then makes adjustment for 2 minutes with a couple of clicks. Doesnt take any time with patients. Doesnt even seem to care about them.

This review is about Dr. Richard Roy. Dr. Longchamps no longer works here so the positive reviews should not confuse anyone thinking that this is a good place to visit. This Dr. Roy charges 45 for a 50 second session (I actually timed it). He will rush you out, almost kick you out of the office the second it's finished. Only in it for money, doesn't care how the patient feels or progresses. What an awful chiropractor. The secretary is very unfriendly as well. Any chiropractor would be better than this one. I'm posting this on Yelp and Ratemd as well to warn everyone to stay out of this so-called chiropractor. There are many other chiropractors out there who actually care about patients.

Overall very professional people. Caroline the secretary is swamped with calls and incoming patients but does her work with pride and Dr Roy is very capable and knows is profession and is very intelligent Man.

Le Chiropraticien me semble un peux fatiguer, il ne se casse pas trop la tête. Tu rentre 5 minutes dans la salle, il te donne quelques coups du pistolet de massages et il te dit ( ok parfait, on se voit dans 2jours) je comprends qu'il veut faire vite, mais ça me coûte 50 pour les 5 minutes,il ne fait aucune manipulation, absolument rien. Je suis désolé mais je pense qu'il est temps de prendre ta retraite papi, au lieu de gagner de l'argent sur le dos des personnes, soit professionnel et laisse ta place à quelqu'un d'autre. J'ai fais 4 séances sans aucun changement, il ne prenait jamais le temps d'écouter. J'ai décidé d'aller voir un autre praticien pour mon problème de clavicule, 2 séances et plus aucune douleur par la suite.
