Unfortunately I have to give them 2 stars. The people were very nice and Dr. Zoe was as well. However, I went there for reading glasses and I was referred by a specialist's office. And I wonder why! How hard is it to make reading glasses?? I spent 110 on the tests and then another 50 for the prescription for my glasses. And what happened? Well, I got the first prescription and I asked for reading glasses only to be able to read at all levels. Yet, the glasses were only allowing me to read if I put the Bok or tablet right in front of my eyes. If I dropped my head down, it was bad. And, my right eye was a little out of focus. I called and they told me to go back in as they allowed for one adjustment. So I did. They did a small test and I explained that, FROM THE BEGINNING, I asked for reading glasses at all levels. And that, technically it was not my fault. So they checked again and said that, if it was for reading at all levels they had to bring the prescription down. I agreed and they checked with some lenses and all seemed okay. Well, not only did it take long for them to change the prescription (longer than the first time) but, the minute I put them on to try at home, I could not keep them on longer than a few seconds as they made me very nauseous. As anyone can imagine, I was and am very upset. Because I lost 160 and now have unusable glasses. I wrote them an email days ago and still have heard nothing back. It's a good thing I brought my own frames or else I would've lost more money. And now, I have to go to another clinic to start over and have someone else fix their mistakes. How disappointing and frustrating

Had no problem. Had eye check up. Picked out glasses. Received them about 2 weeks later. This was in November 2020.

Great place! Great service! And Dr. Zoe is great with kids. We recently had an experience where they were able to get us a warranty replacement on a pair of frames even though we didn't buy the frames from them. The place where we bought the frames told us they were out of warranty (they weren't) and even if not we wouldn't be able to get the replacement because they were discontinued (they were discontinued but it was possible to get replacements and replacement parts from the manufacturer). We'll be taking our business here from now on and we're 7 in our family. I've since recommended a coworker that she take her kids there and they were not disappointed. Her son even asked her to let me know that he enjoyed his experience.

This is a great Clinic, the staff was super nice and helpful. Took my 5 year old daughter to see Dr Zoe Andrei and she was amazing. Made my daughter feel comfortable and made the examination fun for her.

Unfortunately, our experience today at the clinic was not good. I brought in my 9 year old daughter to have her eye exam. The doctor was professional though and spoke openly about pros and cons of all treatment options which I appreciate. However, the staff at the clinic used pressure sale tactics, it was very uncomfortable and disappointing experience. The lady who sells glasses got upset and rude when I told her that I would not order it at their clinic. She approached me saying that she would've not given me an appointment that soon, if she knew I would not order it at their clinic. I said I called to book an eye exam to get glasses for my kid and I did not promise to her I would shop at their clinic. When I asked the receptionist to give me a copy of my daughter's prescription as I would like to shop for eye glasses elsewhere, she also forced me not to go to other places as optometrists make lots of mistakes (talked about Costco) and I might end up coming back to them again to fix it. Given this unpleasant experience I would not go there next time unless they stop using their pressure sale tactics.
