We were greeted right away and as soon as we gave details of what we were looking for the sales associate knew exactly where in the store to find what we needed. She knew the right questions to ask, had a measuring tape with her to show us items with the right dimensions, didn't show us either top of the line or bottom of the line items but gave us real examples and listened to what we needed. She looked up other models to see if what we wanted existed and was able to explain every feature and why they work well. The prices were great compared to other places we looked, we are getting next day free delivery and they're taking our old appliance for recycling. The selection of appliances was great, everything from familiar brands to European ones in many finishes and sizes. Store was clean and not loud. The financing options were explained and though we're not using them they have good options. The payment was easy and quick. Super happy with our experience here and would definitely recommend.
Horrible salesperson (Mina)made us feel like she was doing us a favour serving us. We ended up buying the same fridge for cheaper at bestbuy

Nice customer service. He gave us in details, reviews of products we wanted to buy. I didn't know anything about dryers before heading there and now I feel like I learnt a bit. Minor suggestion though is that the delivery guys could have helped us hook the dryer up. I had zero knowledge how to do it and was left to figure out on my own.
