Cute looking sets but the quality isn't quite what I was looking for
Purchased a Sofa there and utterly disappointed with their service, The sofa started cracking and the protection plan which they offer does not cover it though they mentioned that it does. Please do your selves a favor, do not but the protection plan at all cost. The sales representatives there are extremely lethargic and just try to sell you the protection plan, AVOID IT ALL COST. Economax does not want to take any responsibility for the plan they sold us, My question to Economax is that, if you are not willing to take responsibility why did you endorse it? Why is your Brand name printed on it? are you trying to fool people?
EconoMax is the worst place I've ever bought furniture from! I purchased a bed set in the month of August (2020) and we're now in March of 2021 and I still haven't received my merchandise . I am so disappointed and I will never do business with this company ever again. I suggest you don't either.
I will give economax a 2 star because they have nice and affordable furniture. The staff members at the Lasalle showroom are very nice and friendly. However, the customer care on the phone is TERRIBLE! The delivery company is HORRIBLE!!!! My order is yet to be delivered. After waiting 5 weeks, I got an email saying my order won’t be delivered until further notice. When is further notice?? The customer care agent I spoke to said “Please speak and stop holding the line” after I called to complain. She said it’s not their fault and if I am upset then I can call the delivery company myself. Like what !!!
The in store staff is very good, Provided impeccable service. The on phone customer service is mediocre at best. The delivery company (which is not affiliated with Economax, other then delivering the good) is garbage. I would buy here again but not if i had to have something delivered. I'm very impressed with how the company handled our situation. But the company that they hire for the delivery should be closed down. They have no respect for the furniture they are delivering. And was very closed off and trying to leave as soon as they could. All in all if you can avoid having your order delivered, i highly recommend you do so! Once again happy with the store. The delivery is another story.
Worst customer service ever! I went to cancel my reservation and the director had to approve it which is normal. What’s not normal is that the director was talking to his “customers” who are really his friends because they were talking about their personal lives for 34 minutes! Yes 34 minutes I had my watch with me! So I waited for 34 minutes before having my 75 deposit back! NO RESPECT WHATSOEVER FOR THE REAL CUSTOMERS.
