Honestly my experience with this team was amazing to say the least. The entire team was great, especially the Manager Steve, he was extremely helpful, professional and just genuinely nice. He helped us find a moving company to move our furniture from our apartment in Griffintown to the storage. We were in such a bad situation in March 2020, we got stuck in Vancouver when the Covid outbreak really spread like crazy. We could not fly back to Montreal, and since we were home with family in Vancouver we decided to stay put and just leave the apartment. Thankfully our lease was up in April, so we decided we wanted to not renew our lease, especially since both of us got laid off from work. We were scrambling to find a place to put our furniture and to find a moving company. We really had no one to help us move things around, especially with the pandemic everyone we knew was scared, plus Montreal had a strict lockdown. Thankfully we found Steve through this storage place and he literally just saved us. He got us a moving company that was amazing, and he gave us a great deal with the storage. We used the storage for over 8 months, and now have finally decided to move our furniture to BC. The Manager Steve is the one who helped us find a long-distance moving company to move our furniture from the storage in La Salle, QC to Vancouver, BC. All the while this is being done while I am living in Vancouver. All my furniture is brand new so of course I'm super paranoid about stuff getting broken or stolen, but everything was handled and managed in such a professional way. I highly recommend this company, and seriously if you have any questions just ask the Manager Steve, or anyone on their team. If you need a storage unit I highly recommend using them, I give this place a Five Star rating, A, 100% like they have gone above and beyond. I literally had a great experience with them. Thanks again for everything!
