Very good graphics, better puzzles than most others we have done. Completed many puzzles over past year during restricted activities from coronavirus and really enjoy the Eurographics puzzles. The online ordering was simple and delivery was fast.

I'm terribly disappointed with them. First of all, we received a new puzzle and it had a missing piece. Secondly, they make it impossible to send them comments- odd numbers that you have to complete in their form and a system that will not allow you to add images (all are too large to load)- convenient, if you ask me. I can not give them even one star, I am so annoyed now! Okay, to post I have to select one star, but I don't think they are worthy of one star.
Ça fait dur, essaye d'encourager une entreprise québécoise mais y sont pas foutus d'expédier les commandes, changent les prix entre temps et nous surcharge la différence
