Had a really great experience at this store. The optometrist gave me a full exam and explained in detail what my eye sight issue was. This is the first time in 20 years that I was explained exactly what I had. Eddy the store manager was very helpful and offered solutions for me to get my new specs while being stuck at home due to COVID. Eddy also followed up to make sure I had received them at home. Much appreciated, thanks for your help!

I had been shopping for new glasses when I came across Greiche & Scaff. I went to several shops to compare frames and prices, however I ultimately made my purchase at Greiche & Scaff because of the customer service. I was impressed with the advice given to me by Eddy, the director. He truly has an eye to help someone navigate the hundreds of great frames and could quickly offer objective tips about the colour, shape and style that enhance someone’s features. I was indecisive and Eddy never pushed me to a decision but asked smart questions to help me come to a conclusion. I highly recommend Eddy, Enias and the whole team at Greiche & Scaff to help you choose your next pair of glasses!
Really nice staff there, especially the manager Eddy, helped me choose the frame and glasses and he has very good taste.
Horrible customer service at Carrefour Angrignon- the short older salesman (I believe his name was Ed) is miserable and arrogant. If you want service that isn't condenscening, take the 2 minute walk to LensCrafter.
Victor and the staff were very friendly, I got an appointment the next day, and the glasses were ready in an hr for pickup. Eveything went smoothly, I am very satisfied with the service
Had a great experience at G&S. Dr. Ata is the best by all means. He is very through and takes his time with his patients and has answered all my questions and concerns. I would rate the good doctor a 5 out of 5. As for the customer service at the store I was greeted and helped by Eddy. A pleasant and a genuine person who took the time to go over the choices of glasses that I was looking into getting. Overall this place deserves 5 stars!
Been going here for the past 7 years and service has been nothing short of excellence once again. Adjusted my frames that i bought 9 months ago with a smile. To further illustrate the level of customer service, they called me after I purchased my glasses to see if i was still happy with them. Rodica and Eddy and the gang are the best..
