I've used other hosting providers in the past, most notably... the big domain retailers like Hostgator and GoDaddy... and, my experience there was less than great. Now, after moving to Kickassd through the advice of a friend, I'm finding myself happier and happier that I made the switch to these folks. We're a small business, and operating smoothly and with ease is what's on my mind most of the time... so, when I say that these guys deliver with both smoothness and ease, I mean it. I'm not personally a tech guru, but, they've enabled me to go full steam ahead with multiple websites for our different entities - and, along the way they've answered questions related to the front end payments due from the services I've requested, all the way to the back-end, keying me in on how to set up certain page privileges for our users. CHUCK IS THE MAN!
