we have been staying here for 3 years now. the management is excellent with updates and planned maintenance. there hasn't been any instance of inconvenience due to poor management ever. highly recommend for someone looking for a convenient place to live close to nature and major retail outlets and grocery stores.

Wonderful rental apartment near metro Angrignon. Quiet, clean, pet-friendly and well-maintained building. Very good neighbors and hard working manager and concierge in this building. Close to public transit, parks, schools, and even the huge Angrignon shopping mall. My family made great memories while living in this building.
Great management, clean building, and it’s near all the amenities (bus terminal, metro station, grocery stores, etc..) an ideal location!

It is an exceptional place to live. Clean luxurious and no smoke smell from cigarettes or marijuana. It is also very quiet and the people that work for the condominium are exceptional.
