Went and got my eye test for contacts to get the prescription, went back to get clarification on the numbers so I can order online. Lady at front desk said they can't give additional details to help me because they don't want to be held responsible if I order wrong one. She said how do you expect us to make money if you don't order from us (at the store). Well I paid to have my eye test here! Horrible customer service.
Great service! Very accommodating, honest and pleasant. So far I am very satisfied. Affordable prices. This place cares about the customers instead of trying to make a sale.
Super helpful staff, and great service/prices. I liked their previous optometrist better though, but it does'nt change the fact that even if I don't live in the area anymore, I still travel to go to that particular Lunetier location.
yes people make mistakes and they fix it :) ... being nice and pleasant is one thing and that they are... patients is needed from both ends thank you claude again as per usual
