Super service. Nous avons pris un steak Hokkaido et la qualité de la viande était exceptionnelle! À essayer absolument! Pour la cuisson, nous avons opté pour la poêle, 45 sec par côté, repos de quelques minutes, puis à nouveau 45 sec par côté. Saler et poivrer en amont.
