My best library ever, big choice of books, nice atmosphere and my beloved Madame Isabelle (Section Jeunesse), who makes our visits fantastic! She's so so kind and always knows what book to suggest for each child. Love, love, love.

One of the best places to read a book. Their collection of books, popular magazines, and graphic novels will keep you entertained. You can order books for the library to purchase for its collection, and you can buy used books at their an annual book sale. They even have a cafe. Their library card is free for LaSalle residents. You just need a proof of residency (any bills with your address on it like a phone or utility bill) and they'll take your picture on the spot and issue you a Access LaSalle photo ID card good for other municipal services, too like the Aquadome.

Very well organized and run by great staff with one exception. The place is always clean, the computer lab is sometimes filled with unpleasant odors. 99% of the staff are great including the security guard. They have a vast selection of books. The only negative is the Romania lady. She never smiles and never greets you. Very rude.

They’re renovating soon a part of the library which will make it so much better( missing private rooms). Except that, I’ve got nothing to say else than it’s welcoming and friendly!
