Well, here's what happened. They fixed old commercial cleaning machines and sell it back at a lower price than market values. We bought a carpet water extractor for amount of money. When they tested it, it works. When we used it at our location after buying it, 30 minutes later it dies. We contacted them and they said \bring the machine here and if we'll fix it for you with some charge.\ And no return policies. We were ignorant buying it without asking for return policies. I don't know if this happened to other companies/individuals. Unfortunately, it happens to us. Be careful.
